For only $179.99, you can sign up for the contest and get a totally customized nutrition and work out plan tailored to your needs, as well as a complimentary personal training session to help identify your strengths and weaknesses.
Our registered dietitians and certified personal trainers only want you to succeed! Give yourself the best chance possible to reach your goals.
You can sign up anytime in December, but your 8 weeks doesn’t start until your official weigh-in & measurements with a Fitness 4 All Trainer. The Cut-off for weigh-in is January 12th. Your last weigh-in must be within 5 days of the end of your 8 week period.
Fitness 4 All with take your body weight & body fat measurements 3 times – at the beginning, at 4 weeks, and at the end of your 8 weeks. You MUST complete the beginning and ending weigh-ins to be eligible to win the contest.
The middle weigh-in is optional, but we do encourage you to do it – people often can’t see a differnece in themselves after 4 weeks, but measurements can show your true progress.
Secret Facebook Group
This facebook group will be for all those who sign up for the Fitness Challenge. The group will feature workouts, motivation, recipes, questions for trainers, tips, tricks, and more! It’s a great way to keep yourself focused and on track.
The contest will have a total of 4 winners:
- Highest Total Weight Lost Men
- Highest Total Weight Lost Women
- Highest Total Body Fat Lost Men
- Highest Total Weight Lost women
Each winner will receive 10 free personal training sessions (a $500 value!) a Fitness 4 All T Shirt, and a Quest Protein.
