I have a passion for Fitness because it’s the best way to improve your quality of life, and your natural physical ability.

What makes my training approach special, is my attention to detail, patience, compassion, and the ability to relate and work with all ability levels and types.

I believe Fitness 4 All sets itself apart from other gyms because our open turf areas. This allows for all different types of activities and training that are reliant on having the necessary space. Most gyms are limited with their open space accommodations.

My fitness background started when I was in sports as a youngster. I played organized sports through high school and still like to play various recreational sports. I was also in the Marine Corps, which exposed me to their unique training methods.

I graduated with a degree in Dietetics and Exercise Science (Athletic Training).

I was initially certified in 1995 by A.C.E as a personal trainer prior to starting my schooling.

Like most people I workout out here and there from an early age. I have been consistently working out since around 1992 prior to heading to Marine Corps boot camp.

The main thing that has driven me to choose this as a career is the fact that I feel like this career chose me! Helping others improve their quality of life and reach personal goals gives such a great feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment, which to me makes this career an easy choice.

It’s been about 25 years since I’ve eaten pizza, fast food, baked goods, chips, pop, candy etc.

Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas

I have a passion for fitness and love sharing that passion with others. I believe a healthy lifestyle is contagious. Fitness 4 All has something for everyone. The club has great Karma, great members and “attitude”. I love it!
I’ve always enjoyed helping people and training, so why not do both!
