What fuels your passion for Personal Training?

  • As a senior in high school I discovered weightlifting. I realized how big of an impact it had on athletic performance outside of specific skill development, although it was too late for me to think about the next level of athletics. I decided that I wanted to be the one to help others reach their highest potential as an athlete and assist them in making it to the next level!

What motivates you every day?

  • The possibility to help someone better themselves as an athlete, or improving someone’s everyday quality of life and making them walk away with a feeling of accomplishment and new found confidence!

What is your favorite or most rewarding part about being a trainer at Fitness 4 All?

  • The training culture! Everyone has great ideas and different experiences, being able to learn from everyone is the most rewarding part for me.

Andy specializes in Personal Training and Team Strength & Conditioning!

Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas

Born and raised in Toledo, Storm began his career in the Washington JR. Football league playing for the Westwood Rams. He continued his passion for football helping Whitmer Highschool make it to back-to-back State Final Four's in '10 and '11. Storm's football career didn't end at the high school level, he stayed home to play for the Rockets! He attended and played for the University of Toledo, where he went on to receive Two-Time All Mac First Team Honors. In 2017, Storm signed as an un-drafted free-agent to the Detroit Lions, eventually signing with the Minnesota Vikings later that year! Throughout Storm's years of playing, he has developed a deep passion for strength and conditioning and helping people in our community. We at Fitness 4 All are privileged to have Storm along in assisting our athletes and athletic teams in getting to the next level, and helping those in the Toledo area in reaching their goals in life!
I have a passion for fitness and love sharing that passion with others. I believe a healthy lifestyle is contagious. Fitness 4 All has something for everyone. The club has great Karma, great members and “attitude”. I love it!
