Fitness 4 All is holding a Combine on February 6 from 10-11:30 am for 5th-8th grade athletes and 12-1:30 pm for 9th-12th grade athletes at our Perrysburg location (26495 Southpoint Rd).
Small Group Training
Small Group Training gives each athlete the opportunity to train in a fun and competitive environment with their peers. Through our LINKed Based Training, developed by Keith Zoeller, we work to make sure the body is physically and mentally prepared to face all the rigors placed on them through their sports.
In our Bootcamp classes we touch on many aspects of fitness including mobility, cardio, and strength. We create a fun and engaging atmosphere that will push you and encourage you to get better. We build workouts using multiple formats to keep each class fun and unique.
This group class is targeted towards elementary and middle school boys and girls looking focuses on hand-eye coordination, improving overall acceleration, and the ability to move laterally across the field. Speed and Agility is a great way for kids to improve their movement pattern, while competing and having fun.
