Not all Personal Training is created equal. It’s more than working with a certified trainer and just walking through a program. It is building the ENTIRE body and teaching it to perform at its optimal level. We specialize in finding and FIXING weaknesses. We do an overall assessment and build a targeted plan to help you reach your individual goals. Our LINKed Based Training, led by Keith Zoeller, assesses weaknesses then builds a plan to attack those areas. We LINK the mind with the muscle to make a connection, then incorporate the knowledge and education of our trainers to create discipline and ultimately achieve RESULTS!
If you don’t train properly, strong areas get stronger and weak areas get weaker. When there is an over-dominance and under-dominance it works against progress, sometimes even resulting in injury.
